About the Class: Stretching and conditioning class will complement any of our other dance classes offer at Studio VaVaVoom.  This class will help you increase your flexibility and strengthening your core, muscles, legs, back, and upper body posture. We will focus on learning how to stretch correctly by releasing muscle tension and relaxing the mind

What to wear/bring: Comfortable clothing, dance, tennis, jazz shoes. Bring water, a towel and/or a yoga mat.


The Fine Print

Due to COVID-19, you will have the option to attend classes online or in person. In the event of a government mandated shut down, all classes will be moved online and there will be no refunds issued. If we are forced to cancel a show/class, you will have the option of a refund or ticket to a later show/class.  You may also gift tickets or classes to another person if you are no longer planning to attend.
