Love Machine’s Box is packed full of mindfulness, relaxation techniques and discussions to assist you in any situation in our safe environment. Whether you’re a pro or a beginner, join this 8 week course to explore different strategies. Each week is something new and exciting from; guided meditation, chair yoga, meridian tapping, yoga nidra, aromatherapy and crystal meditation, to deeper explorations like chakra dancing, a “nature walk”, a discussion on spirituality and a week dedicated to your own unique way of exploring what you do for meditation.
