Stretching and conditioning class will complement any of our other dance classes offer at Studio VaVaVoom. This class will help you increase your flexibility and strengthening your core, muscles, legs, back, and upper body posture. We will focus on learning how to stretch correctly by releasing muscle tension and relaxing the mind.
